Visual Journal #5

Hello Everyone,

I have been working in my Journal this week because I am low on inspiration and playing with ink, glue and paints helps. The Bg on the right is Roen Cathedral painted by Claude Monet. I followed through with his palette to my left page.
I added some collage rectangles and painted in the Arch.
The Cherub is stamped on tissue and glued in place.

You can join us each Thursday and show your pages.
Smiles:)
Sue

hello sue!! your journal pages are just gorgeous! the monet inspiration is very evident, but to my eye there is also a rustic sort of Italian fresco look to the pages that I just love!! smiles!!

Oh wow Sue, the continuation across the pages is seamless, I marvel at your visual perception and ability to recreate textures, colours and interpretations from the original piece. Love it xxx
