Flag12- Funkie Junkie Style!

Hello Everyone

Challenge: 12 Tags of Christmas.

The last and final week of this Challenge, and Linda finishes with a most gorgeous Tag, which has been Gold embossed with a flourish stamp and sponged with a combination of Festive Berries and Barn Door distress inks.

Flag No 12
This week I have loosely interpreted the Tag, I chose the colour palette, Holly leaves, and I used a double layer as my Bg, from her Tag.

I first Gold embossed a Holly stamp on my Bg then I painted Vermilion watercolour over the top.
The second layer is white Cs which has also been gold embossed, in hindsight I could have made this larger.

I chose a stocking ornament as the dominant feature for my Flag. It has been cut on the cricut, and painted in Gold and Vermilion, the snowflakes were stamped over the top but did not show up so well so I went over them in White Pen.

I added some Diamond dust  for texture as it did not have very much.
The doll was an image that I fussy cut, and the Holly leaves were stamped, inked and fussy-cut as well.

Flags No 1 to No 5

Flags No 5 to No 9
Flags 10 to 12 are on the reverse.

This tag is stunningly beautiful Sue. Love the colours with the white snowflakes and the gold accents on your stocking. And the sweet little doll peeking out is a nice touch. You are right about getting it photographed to it's best. But it does look awesome. good luck with Linda's challenge.
