Meet Gilly

Hello Everyone
Today I am showing you Gilly who is a bit of a Geek, she doesn't seem to have much going for her with her oversized spectacles  and goggle eyes, but nevertheless she is rather sweet don't you think? I wish I could tell you where she comes from in cyber land but unfortunately I did not keep a record, but it is a digi that was more than likely given to me at some point.
( Update since I posted, Linda has informed me that Gilly is from the Prairie Family are than inspired.  I find working to a sketch uncomplicated, as I have the tendency to veer off in all directions when left to my own doohickey's, and more often than not the results are not always estimable.
I am going through the process of dealing with numerous amounts of contractors (New Kitchen) at this time, so the least amount of cogitating on my behalf is exactly what is called for.

And notice the die-cut sits off the edge of the card.

Smiles:)

Can I just say that this is one of my favorites! Is your inner child's child playing here? I just LOVE every little bit of this card, Onion.
I'm so glad that my head is killing me and I can't sleep, because I got to see this adorable creation right out of the gate. Personally, I heart nerds, so this is spectacular. I can't believe all the wee details you've added here, just WONDERFUL! My gosh, she's adorable!
My salutation will not be with a silent golfer's clap, but a standing ovation as I bid you adieu.
Quirks
p.s. To answer your question from earlier, my familial origin is from Scandinavia.

what a cutie for a geeky girl! Love all your wonderful elements here Sue. You certainly can make a card sing! Hope the kitchen is going well. I'll have to pop over to see when it's finished. I won't be seeing you this weekend... we are going out for dinner so can't justify the money for only a few hours.

Aww, Gilly is from the Prairie Fairy. I know because I used to be on the DT. The girls over there are wonderful and the owner Roberta is a love. Love the way you have colored her and dressed her up. And I really like the way you have given her an nice soft vintage feeling background. I always love embossing on patterned paper. Somehow I never think to do that! Thanks for the inspiration.

Hugs,
Linda
